Why is March ideal for hiking?
In March, the dune landscape slowly blossoms. The paths are quiet. You can enjoy sweeping views of the dunes and beach. This is the time to really slow down and experience nature. You can already get a wonderful foretaste of this at Hiking Event 30 van Zandvoort.
What can you do in the Southern Kennemerland National Park?
You follow marked walking routes through forests, dunes and along open plains. You might spot a fallow deer or a Scottish Highlander along the way. Combine your hike with a visit to the visitor centre and the adjacent café.
