Terms and conditions of the competition
- Open to participants aged 21 and over
- 1 prize per promotional period, except during the summer (June–August)
- The stay must take place in the previous quarter, after which the winner will be announced in the first two weeks of the new quarter

- The competition will run from June 2026 to March 2028 (6 draws); if successful, the campaign will be extended until December 2032 at the latest (20 draws in total)
- Only bookings made via the official Visit Zandvoort booking module are eligible.
- The refund is limited to the actual rent paid, excluding extras, taxes or charges, up to a maximum of €449. Booked extras, insurance, tourist tax or cleaning costs are not included in the rent.
- A maximum of one entry per unique main booker/household per promotional season.
- If a main booker has made multiple bookings in the same promotional season, only one booking counts.
- The winner will be selected at random and impartially from all valid stays during the promotional period. Zandvoort Marketing will ensure the draw is conducted correctly.
- The winner will be notified personally by email.
- Payment will be made within 30 days of the announcement. Zandvoort Marketing/Visit Zandvoort may request proof of payment as evidence of the stay.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result, except in the case of questions or complaints regarding the conduct of the promotion. Complaints may be submittedvia boeking@zandvoortmarketing.nl within 14 days of the announcement.
- Employees of Zandvoort Marketing, participating accommodation providers, technical service providers and immediate family members are excluded from taking part.
- Zandvoort Marketing/Visit Zandvoort reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion in the event of force majeure, abuse, fraud or technical issues, without unduly disadvantaging participants and without giving further reasons.
