MTB Parcours Zandvoort

For over 15 years, Zandvoort has had a unique and challenging mountain bike course. With 6 kilometres of single tracks and 140 altitude metres, the route is full of tough climbs and delightful descents. And if you like bridges and sharp (bowl) bends, you will be in your element on this course. It is not highly regarded for nothing. The route, almost 10 kilometres long, runs over the dunes alongside Circuit Zandvoort and can be recognised by wooden posts with the international MTB sign in green and pink: a triangle with two circles. The green signs indicate the main route, the pink ones are points where cuts can be made. These are mainly for the more inexperienced riders.

Accessibility of the job

As the track runs partly over the circuit’s private land and partly through national park, absolutely no deviation from the route is allowed. Not into nature and not onto the circuit grounds. If you do, you risk an immediate fine. Also note that the track is not accessible when there are paid events on the circuit. So check the calendar in advance.

MTB Wall-Ride Zandvoort

Sensation on the boot wall

Of course, the location of the MTB course around the circuit is already unique. But what is perhaps most special about the course is the Laar-Wall. A 300-metre-long ‘Wall-ride’, with a bowl curve 44 metres long and 4 metres high. The largest in the Netherlands. This makes the course – which is already quite tough – extra challenging!
