The first aid station “De Rotonde” is centrally located on the Zandvoort boulevard, at Badhuisplein, between beach pavilions 9 and 10. From May 22nd to September 8th, 2025, professional caregivers will be present daily to assist beachgoers.
First Aid Post Opening Hours:
- Open daily from 12pm to 8pm
- In case of bad weather closing at 5pm
- Closed in extremely bad weather (can be reached by phone on 023 – 571 44 45)
The first aid post is also the central reporting point for missing children and provides information about beach police, lifeguards, ambulance services and other emergency services.
GP post at the weekend:
From June 7 to September 8, 2025, there will be a GP Post (HAP) at the same location on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and on Friday, August 29 (during the Dutch Grand Prix), from 12:00 to 18:00.
In extremely good weather opening hours may be adjusted.
- On weekends and public holidays there are two first aiders and a general practitioner and assistant are also present at the emergency department.
- Please note: For the GP Post, you must always first call 023 – 750 45 67 to get an appointment/time slot.
Payment and insurance:
- Take your insurance information with you.
- If you don’t have Dutch health insurance, you must pay for your treatment in cash.
