On Zandvoortselaan, near the entrance to the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes, you will find De Bijentuin (The Bee Garden) of beekeeper Victor Bol. Here you can buy delicious, organic honey that Victor makes himself with his bees, which are simply in his garden in the dunes.
Feel free to drop in when the weather is nice – Victor will be happy to tell you all about his bees, nature in the dunes and how he makes honey. You can really taste the difference, because the bees get their nectar and pollen directly from the nature reserve.
Besides honey, you will also find other bee products here. Everything is processed in a pure way: the honey is cold-spun, sieved and put in jars without additives.
