In the middle of nature, close to the beach and with all amenities. During your stay at the Roompot holiday parks in Zandvoort or Bloemendaal, you can really get away from it all. The lower location of the two parks in the dunes creates a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. And that’s despite the fact that the park in Zandvoort is directly adjacent to the world-famous Zandvoort racetrack. The boundary between excitement and relaxation is therefore very close. And the fact that you are also on the beach within 5 minutes is of course absolutely delicious.

At Roompot Zandvoort, you can enjoy the ultimate holiday feeling in one of the 100 luxury cottages. The park on the edge of the racetrack and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach opened its doors in 2019 and has been very popular with Zandvoort guests ever since. Parking is easy at the park and you can also do your first shopping here. You can also pick up fresh bread rolls in the park every morning. There is an activity programme and a playground for children.

In addition to the park in Zandvoort, Roompot also has a park in neighbouring Bloemendaal. This luxury park is also just a stone’s throw from the beach and has all the facilities you need for a wonderful holiday. You can be on the beach in just a few minutes. In the small park you will find a launderette and a small supermarket for your first purchases. There is a playground and an entertainment programme for children.
Relaxing on the beach
On the beach near the year-round pavilion Nius, you will find Billies Sauna outside the high season. A delightful 6-person sauna, which you can also hire exclusively. You reserve a time slot in advance, after which you will receive your own access code to enter. The sauna has a changing room and outdoor shower, but the best part is, of course, cooling off in the sea. We came back from the beach feeling wonderfully relaxed.

Multiple Lodges & Cottages
In the parks in Zandvoort and Bloemendaal, you can choose between various lodges and cottages. The accommodation in Bloemendaal has a lovely beach atmosphere, while the lodges in Zandvoort are more luxuriously furnished. And all are fully equipped: a fitted kitchen, a seating and dining area and comfortable beds. Dogs are allowed in some accommodations, but by no means in all.
ThemeHouses
The unique thing about the holiday park in Zandvoort are the holiday homes, which are completely themed. You can stay in a denim cottage, a nature lodge, a coffee-themed stay and, of course, a fully Grand Prix-style cottage. With 2 racing simulators. Depending on the lodge, 4 to 18 people can stay here. But be quick: the lodges are understandably very popular.

Sleep on the beach
Wake up to the sound of the sea and step onto the beach from your bed? This is also possible at Roompot Zandvoort. In addition to the holiday homes in the park, you can also rent one of the beach houses on the beach. The luxurious beach houses are suitable for up to 4 people and are all attractively and modernly furnished.
Eating & drinking on the beach
At the holiday park in Zandvoort, you can enjoy delicious food in the summer months. From April to October, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the beach in our own beach club!
