Skid course Zandvoort
Right next to the track is the Slotemakers anti-skid school. Skidding, steering, avoiding obstacles, correcting, spinning on a slippery road surface but still continuing straight on. You remain completely in control. A skid course is highly recommended for anyone who is regularly on the road with their car. Winter showers, black ice or rain can make the roads treacherously slippery. If you get into a skid with your car, it is difficult to stay on the road. With a skid course, you will learn from experienced trainers how to avoid a car skid. And also how to keep the car under control if you do slip. Spectacular and highly educational!

At Racesquare Circuit Zandvoort, you can drive around a Formula 1 circuit of your choice in a simulator. You experience the race as Max Verstappen would too. Force feedback, smoke and light effects, among other things, make it feel and look like a real race. And you don’t do this alone, because you can race with up to 20 people at the same time. Super cool!

And would you like to know how a professional flies around the Zandvoort circuit? Then book the race taxi and ride along with a professional driver. Young racing fans can also have a great time. On special race days, children aged 10 and over can get behind the wheel of their favourite race car and drive around the circuit themselves.

I can recommend it to everyone, what a great day I had, you can and are allowed to try everything in their cars, and in a non-stressful situation you naturally learn this like the best! Instructors really see exactly what you are doing with the car, correct and compliment you on this, kudos, that does show how professional they are.

Slip course with a group
Are you looking for a company outing, a teambuilding session or just want to take a slip course in Zandvoort with a group of friends? Then you can! All activities can be booked for groups of various sizes. Ask the provider for the possibilities. During the skid course, you will drive in a car on a special track, which has been made artificially slippery, near the Zandvoort circuit. You will experience different situations where experienced trainers will show you how best to react. The emphasis during the skid course is on safety and control. But of course, a skid course in Zandvoort is also a lot of fun! A skid course takes half a day or a full day.

Racing with a group
Dreams come true during one of Bleekemolens Race Planet’s race days. Because apart from a skid course, you can also race on the circuit itself with a group. Anyone with a car licence B can race here! Explore the only Formula 1 circuit in the Netherlands yourself and race through the combination of challenging bends. You need courage, stamina and sharp concentration for a fast time trial. Looking for a nice gift or want to organise an unforgettable fast bachelor party or company outing? There are special group arrangements where you can see who is the fastest!

Sim-Racing with a group
Racesquare at Circuit Zandvoort is the only simulator racing centre overlooking a real Formula 1 circuit. Only racing on the circuit itself is real though! Racesquare has several options for group outings of different sizes. Race with 20 people simultaneously on 1 of the world’s Formula 1 circuits and combine the racing with a cosy drink. With a view of the circuit, of course.
Visit the Circuit
Outside events, CM.com Circuit Zandvoort is free to visit. Just keep in mind the opening hours (almost daily from 08:30 – 17:30). You can visit the main grandstand and look out over the pit boxes and the start/finish line. Regularly, you can also enter the middle area and see the track from the other side from above the pit boxes. You can also walk on the footpath around the circuit.
A challenging circuit
At Zandvoort, you can face strong winds. In addition, the dunes sometimes make for less visibility. That combination makes Zandvoort racetrack a challenging and, for some, difficult circuit.
Learn to race
Several racing schools operate at Circuit Zandvoort that can help you train to become a racing driver and get your racing licence. At the various racing schools, you can take the KNAF exam.
