Parking near the Zandvoort race track

There are several parking options at the Circuit Zandvoort event site. The standard visitor car park is car park A. For most events, parking is subject to a charge. Full = full. If parking at Circuit Zandvoort is not or no longer possible, it is possible to use the car parks of the municipality of Zandvoort.

Parking during Formula 1

The Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix will once again take place at Circuit Zandvoort from 29 to 31 August. On this page you can find out everything about parking during the event and how to get to Circuit Zandvoort by bus, train or bike. Up-to-date information can be found on the DutchGP website.

Permit for private visitors

From Thursday 28 August to Sunday 31 August 2025, Zandvoort will only be accessible with a pass. Visitors staying in Zandvoort between 25 August and 1 September 2025 can apply for a pass via their accommodation. This only applies to stays of at least 7 nights. The permit is issued on the basis of a registration number and is subject to certain conditions that are known to the accommodation.

Parking during Formula 1

The De Zuid, Boulevard Noord and P-Circuit Zandvoort car parks are not available during Formula 1. You can only park on the grounds of your accommodation. You need a permit for this. If you don’t have one, you can park outside Zandvoort at one of the Mobihubs.

In the weeks leading up to the Dutch Grand Prix, Zandvoort is accessible by car as usual. For day visitors, it is not possible to visit Zandvoort by car without a pass during Formula 1. However, you can come by bike, bus or train.

With the train to Formula 1

Zandvoort has a direct train connection to Haarlem and Amsterdam and is easy to reach by train even on busy days. The station is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk from Circuit Zandvoort. To cope with the crowds during the Dutch Grand Prix, NS is running more trains. For your visit to the DGP, you can buy a return day ticket here in advance.

With the bus to the Formula 1

There is a 15-minute direct bus connection between Haarlem railway station and Gate 1 of the Zandvoort circuit. This bus runs 10-12 times per hour (bus route 300 and bus route 356). You can pay on the bus with an OV-chipkaart or debit card. There is also a special GP day ticket for the Amstelland Meerlanden and Haarlem-IJmond region, which is available from €12. Children under the age of 12 travel free of charge if they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

Park & Bike to Formula 1

Want to avoid the crowds in Zandvoort? Park your car at one of the 7 Park & Bike locations in the area and cycle comfortably to the race track. Prices range from €22.50 (Bronze) to €32.50 (Gold) per day. Please note: The Gold Mobihub can only be booked in combination with a hire bike (€ 25 per day). Bicycle parking during Formula 1

Are you coming to the Dutch Grand Prix by bike? In Zandvoort there are both guarded and unguarded bicycle parking spaces. Most unguarded car parks are free of charge, while you pay €6 per day or €12.50 for three days for a guarded car park. We recommend booking in advance. If you are travelling by bike, you will automatically be directed to the nearest free parking space. This way you can park your bike quickly, easily and stress-free so that you can immediately enjoy the race atmosphere.
