Wereldse smaken

From 14 to 16 July 2023, the Gasthuisplein will be transformed into a festival site dedicated to Worldly Flavours. The intention is for the festival to grow into an annual event. With various food trucks and performances, it will not only be a culinary festival, but also a cultural one.

Wereldse Smaken will be a festival with approximately fifteen food trucks from Italy, Spain, Thailand and Mexico, among others. In addition, various artists and bands will perform, ranging from a Spanish Flamenco dancer to a Latin American band. You will not only be able to enjoy performances from the stage, as there will also be activities among the audience.

There are various drink dispensing points all over the terrain, where soft drinks, beer and wine will be for sale. There will also be an extensive Wine, Cocktail and Sangria bar.

Payment during Worldly Flavours will be made by means of a payment card that can easily be topped up at one of the charging stations on the site or via your own mobile phone. Standing in line at a cash register for coupons or coins is therefore a thing of the past. As there is a €1,- administration fee for upgrading, we advise you to top up sufficiently. You will never overcharge, because after the event, the credit on the card will automatically be refunded to the bank account with which the card was topped up. The card also gives free access to Holland Casino establishments in Zandvoort and Amsterdam.
