Aloha! Nicola, with her company Wild Way, is once again organising Ecstatic Sunday: Hiking, Yoga & Ecstatic Dance on the beach at Paal 69 in Zandvoort.

A unique morning full of movement, connection and music on the beach at Paal 69 in Zandvoort. Nicola from Wild Way invites you to start your Sunday conscious, energetic and free.

Ecstatic Sundays combines a short hike with a soothing yoga session on the beach, followed by a rousing ecstatic dance session with live DJ and silent disco headphones. The ideal way to recharge, connect with yourself and others, and end or start the week powerfully - outdoors, with your feet in the sand and the wind in your hair.
