Zandvoort is kicking off its 200th anniversary year as a seaside resort with a special visual opening. On January 30th, a brand-new light artwork will be unveiled on Raadhuisplein.
During the joint countdown, the artwork will be shown for the first time and the anniversary message will be heard:
“By opening this gate to the sea, we celebrate 200 years of Zandvoort.”
The opening marks the start of a year full of activities, stories, and surprises celebrating two centuries of seaside resort history. The anniversary book “200 Years of Spa Resort” will also be launched.
