Jut & Knutsel – Festival VLOED

Go beachcombing during the VLOED Festival! Make a keychain or bracelet from beach trash. For children aged 4–16.

Beachcombing & Crafting – Join the beachcombing fun!

During Festival VLOED, we invite you to venture out onto the beach yourself and discover what the sea leaves behind. Join Juttersgeluk on an adventure along the high-water mark of Zandvoort beach.

What do you do at Jut & Knutsel?

With a bingo card in hand and your feet in the sand, you’ll start by collecting plastic and other trash on the beach. You’ll help make the beach a little cleaner by collecting it. Take everything you find to the beach bin at Badhuisplein.

There, you can transform what initially seemed like trash into something beautiful: a keychain, a bracelet, or even your own jellyfish. This way, you discover that waste is actually a resource, and that you can create the most beautiful things from it. Creative, sustainable, and a lot of fun!

About Juttersgeluk

By participating, you’re not only contributing to a cleaner beach but also supporting the Juttersgeluk Foundation, which keeps Zandvoort’s beach clean year-round. Juttersgeluk provides valuable work to approximately 60 people every week in their upcycling workshop and creative studio at Kerkstraat 1a in Zandvoort.
