Ecstatic Sundays combines a short hike with a relaxing yoga session on the beach, followed by an exhilarating ecstatic dance session with a live DJ and silent disco headphones. The ideal way to recharge, connect with yourself and others, and end or start the week powerfully — in the open air, with your feet in the sand and the wind in your hair.
