Cycling and Running Zandvoort

What is cooler than cycling or running on a track with as much heritage as Circuit Zandvoort?

Cycling Zandvoort

Cycling Zandvoort is back on the program in 2026. During this sporting day at the Zandvoort Circuit, road cyclists, gravel riders, and visitors come together for a multifaceted event.

The program includes the 4-hour and 8-hour relay races, among others, where teams push themselves to the limit on the challenging circuit. In addition, the races of the NL Gravel Series are also part of the day. Participants start on the asphalt of the circuit and soon continue their route over the surrounding gravel paths.

There is plenty to do for fans and family as well. Prior to the races, they can cycle a lap around the circuit themselves. This is free and can be done on a regular bike. Children are welcome to join, although it is good to know that the circuit features a few challenging climbs.

The circuit is freely accessible to visitors today. Ideal for cheering on teams and combining it with a day at Zandvoort and the beach.

Need to relax for a bit in between? Step into a racing simulator at Racesquare, enjoy a bite and a drink at Mickey’s Bar, or take a look in the Circuit Zandvoort Shop for a nice souvenir.

Running Zandvoort

Running Zandvoort takes place on the same day and gives runners the chance to experience the iconic circuit in a unique way.

Participants can choose between one or two laps on the asphalt, totaling 4.3 or 8.6 kilometers. You run on the circuit where race cars normally drive, without traffic lights, speed bumps, or intersections.

The event is open to everyone. You can participate individually or together with friends, family, or colleagues. The start takes place on the grid and the finish is in the pit lane. If you choose two laps, you will run an extra lap after your first lap before finishing.

In addition, Running Zandvoort is dedicated to the Dutch Heart Foundation. Participants can make a donation or seek sponsorship to contribute to research into cardiovascular diseases.
